Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information

Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the next working day. Orders received after 4pm will be shipped the following working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday orders will be processed for Tuesday delivery.

There are no deliveries on Public Holidays therefore orders placed the day before holidays will be delivered the day after the holiday.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged we will arrange for a replacement to be sent, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by replying to the order confirmation email or send an email to info@originalwhiskeys.com

Returns are permitted if the Goods delivered were incorrect (these should be reported to us and returned within 3 days of delivery).

We are unable to accept returns on items where you have simply changed your mind.

Refunds

If your product has arrived damaged and we cannot provide a replacement we will issue a refund, please email us at info@originalwhiskeys.com
